What we make
Real parts from our shop, grouped by process.
Progressive stamping
Blanking and bending in sequence inside one progressive die. Parts come off still joined on the strip.
Deep drawing
A single sheet pressed up into trays and cups — square or round.
Pipe & round bar
We also work pipe and round bar stock. Shown: bushings and shafts we've made.
Bending
Box, U and other bends — sheet folded into boxes, hooks and brackets.
Assembly
Stamped parts joined together and delivered as assemblies.
Spot & arc welding
Spot welding to join parts, plus general welding work.
